ADVISORY: Celebrate our community�s youth at the National Hispanic Cultural Center�s D�a Del Ni�o on April 27

Hi Everyone,

Head to the National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC) for a free Día de Familia celebrating of the youth in our community on April 27!

What: Día de Familia: Día Del Niño. This special Día de Familia offers activities for families of all ages and sizes. Enjoy Nanny’s Petting Zoo, performances from Voces de Coronado and the National Institute of Flamenco, student films, and our inaugural Youth Art Market.

With spring in full bloom, representatives from the U.S. Forest Service will be on hand to teach kids about birds and bugs. Make art, play, go on a StoryWalk, and discover a variety of community resources from the University of New Mexico Early Childhood Services Center, Explora, The Harwood and many more!

When: Saturday, April 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Why: With a unique mix of artistic, literary, and scientific resources available, there’s truly something for everyone at this Día de Familia!
