Hello everyone,
Enjoy First Sunday: All About Birds WHAT: This month, Site Manager Wendi Laws will lead a bird walk along the site's trails (bring binoculars if you have them; we will have very limited pairs to loan). WHY: Experiment with different tools to discover how bird beaks determine what different birds eat. Create your own bird mask based on different birds found at the site. This program is free to New Mexico residents, $7 for non-residents, and free to children 16 years and younger, people with Native/Tribal affiliations, disabled veterans, and foster families. WHERE: Coronado Historic Site, 485 Kuaua Road, Bernalillo, NM 87004 WHEN: Sunday, May 4, 2025, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
