Hi Everyone,
Summer is here and the National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC) is giving families a chance to jam outside for free with its first-ever Patio Jam celebration on June 12!
What: NHCC invites families to Jam with us during Patio Jam, A Noche de Familia event! B-girl Smallz will be teaching “Breaking Basic” for kids at 6 pm. DJ Speed One will be providing a soundtrack of break beats, hip-hop, funk, and oldies. There will also be local artisans to browse and shop with.
This is a free community event, sponsored by NM Gas Company. Reserve your tickets at nhccnm.org/events .
Where: NHCC Fountain Courtyard and Salón Ortega, located at 1701 4th Street SW.
When: Friday, June 12, from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.
Why: It’s a chance to soak up the warm weather and enjoy an all-ages dance party!
