Hello everyone,
In a partnership with the Martha Liebert Public Library in Bernalillo, Coronado Historic Site offers a “Ranger Read and Learn” story time that is free and geared toward children ages 3–7 years old. What: At Ranger Read and Learn, a ranger from Coronado Historic Site will read a story and offer related conversation and activities. Children can listen to the book “Rabbits and Raindrops” by Jim Arnosky, then use wild leaves and flowers to create a rabbit collage to take home. Where: Martha Liebert Public Library, 124 Calle Malinche, Bernalillo, NM, 87004. When: Saturday, April 19, 2025, 10-11 a.m. Why: This partnership offers an opportunity for Coronado Historic Site to share history and natural history related to the site with surrounding community members .
