Lincoln Lecture—Mescalero Apache perspective on New Mexico’s rich history. WHAT: In this month’s Lincoln Lecture series, we are honored to hear from lecturer Starlyn Bigrope, who will present “Ndé (Mescalero Apache) History: Our Story, Our Experiences.” The Lincoln Lecture Series is included with admission of $7/adults and free to children 16 years and younger. WHERE: San Juan Batista Church, Lincoln Historic Site, Highway 380, Lincoln, NM WHEN: Saturday, June 7, 2025, 1–2 p.m. WHY: T his is an opportunity to hear directly from someone with deep knowledge and personal connection to this important history. Why: Discover the unique perspectives and lived experiences of the Mescalero Apache people as shared by a valued lecturer and community voice.
