Are you impacted by flooding in Chaves County?
The Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD) is here to support families impacted by recent flooding. ECECD has temporarily expanded Child Care Assistance to offer free child care during this time of need. Local child care professionals can provide your child with a safe, healthy, high-quality learning environment and well-balanced meals. All you need to apply is a picture ID.

¿Está usted afectado por las inundaciones en el condado de Chaves?
El Departamento de Educación y Cuidado de la Primera Infancia (ECECD, por sus siglas en inglés: Early Childhood Education and Care Department) está aquí para apoyar a las familias afectadas por las recientes inundaciones. ECECD ha ampliado temporalmente la Asistencia para el Cuidado Infantil (Child Care Assistance) para ofrecer cuidado infantil gratuito durante este tiempo de necesidad. Los profesionales locales de cuidado infantil pueden proporcionar a su hijo un ambiente de aprendizaje seguro, saludable y de alta calidad, así como comidas bien equilibradas.
