Hi everyone,
Los Luceros Historic Site (LLHS) offers extended hours from sunrise to sunset on the first Sunday of each month, including guided bird walks. During this time, entrance into LLHS is FREE for New Mexico residents with their ID.
What: Dawn ‘til Dusk Extended Hours and Morning Bird Walks
Who: Los Luceros Historic Site and Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC)
Where: 253 County Rd 41, Alcalde, NM 87511, Directions online
When: First Sundays of the Month, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.& Bird Walks March – Oct., 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Why: LLHS offers a unique opportunity for people of all ages and interests to explore and enjoy the site from dawn until dusk. Visitors can participate in guided bird walks and hands-on activities.
