GRT Update

Good afternoon:

I wanted to let all of you know that the gross receipts tax filer’s kit is up on our website, the first few pages have information on new location codes, rate changes, and legislative changes. We also have a video on our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@newmexicotaxationrevenue8012 that provides a summary of 2025 legislative changes.

You can locate our Filer’s Kit here: https://www.tax.newmexico.gov/businesses/gross-receipts-overview/ at the bottom of the page in the “Gross Receipts Tax Filer’s Kit”. Open the July 2025 to June 2026 GRT Filer’s Kit” or you can view it by opening the attachment.
