SANTA FE – New hearings are scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, March 8, 2025, for key legislation and the Early Childhood Education and Care Department's FY26 budget.

The Senate Committee will hear SB58: Childcare Facility Licensing Act and SB66: Criminal Offender Employment Act Exemptions Bill in Room 321 at 1:30 p.m. or 30 minutes after the floor session.

HB71: Increased Distribution from the Early Childhood Trust Fund is scheduled to be heard on the House of Representatives floor, but possibly may be heard on Monday, March 10, 2025.
