Media Alert: Native Narratives Speaker Series continues in March at Museum of Indian Arts & Culture

In honor of Women’s History Month this month’s Native Narratives Series at Museum of Indian Arts & Culture features a panel of women who are leaders in the arts. Tickets can be found HERE . WHAT: Women Leading in the Arts WHO: Patsy Phillips (Cherokee) Director of IAIA Museum of Native Contemporary Art, Jamie Schulze (Northern Cheyenne/Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate) Executive Director of Southwestern Association for Indian Arts, and Danyelle Means (Oglala Lakota) Interim Director of Museum of Indian Arts and Culture. WHERE: Museum of Indian Arts & Culture, 710 Camino Lejo, Santa Fe NM. WHEN: Saturday, March 9, 1-3 p.m. WHY: The esteemed women in this panel, offer unique insights into the contributions of Indigenous women to art, culture, and history.
