In honor of Women’s History Month this month’s Native Narratives Series at Museum of Indian Arts & Culture features a panel of women who are leaders in the arts. Tickets can be found HERE . WHAT: Women Leading in the Arts WHO: Patsy Phillips (Cherokee) Director of IAIA Museum of Native Contemporary Art, Jamie Schulze (Northern Cheyenne/Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate) Executive Director of Southwestern Association for Indian Arts, and Danyelle Means (Oglala Lakota) Interim Director of Museum of Indian Arts and Culture. WHERE: Museum of Indian Arts & Culture, 710 Camino Lejo, Santa Fe NM. WHEN: Saturday, March 9, 1-3 p.m. WHY: The esteemed women in this panel, offer unique insights into the contributions of Indigenous women to art, culture, and history. Support and celebrate the diversity of voices within the artistic and cultural landscape.
