New pass-through entity form

Good morning.

Attached is the revised New Mexico Taxation and Revenue form RPD-41359, Annual Statement of Pass-through Entity Withholding, which may be of interest to you and your clients. The statement has been posted to the Taxation and Revenue Department’s website on the Forms and Publications page https://www.tax.newmexico.gov/forms-publications/ .

This statement is issued by pass-through entities to their owners to report pass-through entity withholding tax and other credits that the owner will claim on their income tax. The revised statement now provides places for reporting a credit for entity-level tax and composite income tax, and updates the instructions based on statutory changes and the recent revisions to the PTE, FID-1, and S-Corp returns.
