Delinquent property tax auctions scheduled
SANTA FE—The Taxation and Revenue Department has scheduled delinquent property tax auctions in Socorro, San Juan, Taos and Sandoval Counties.
The state attempts to collect delinquent property taxes when counties are unable to do so. If the state is unable to collect the delinquent taxes, the subject properties are auctioned for sale.
Auctions have been scheduled in the following counties.
Socorro County. When: 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024. Where: 200 Church Street, Socorro.
San Juan County. When: 10 a.m. , Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024 . Where: 100 S. Oliver Drive, Suite 300, Aztec.
Taos County. When: 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2024. Where: 105 Albright Street, Taos.
Sandoval County. When: 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2024. Where: Our Lady of Sorrows Parrish Hall, 301 S. Camino del Pueblo, Bernalillo.

Registration begins in person at 8 a.m. on the day of the auction and ends promptly at auction time. Bidders must be registered to participate.
