Ruidoso MVD to reopen in temporary space
SANTA FE—The Motor Vehicle Division’s (MVD) Ruidoso office will reopen with limited services in temporary space on Wednesday.
The MVD office on U.S. Highway 70 was badly damaged by flooding in the last week of June. It is unclear when that office will be able to reopen.
In the meantime, MVD staff will be working out of Ruidoso’s Horton Complex at 237 Horton Circle, where a variety of disaster-related services are being offered.
Some MVD services may be limited for the time being because of technical limitations.
Residents who need replacement driver’s licenses or IDs may be able to get them using the online services at mvdonline.com.
