If the state is unable to collect the delinquent taxes, the subject properties are auctioned for sale.
Auctions have been scheduled in the following counties:
Curry , 10 a.m., September 3, at 417 Gidding St., Clovis, New Mexico 88101.
Sierra , 10 a.m., September 4, at 1712 N. Date St., Ste. B, Truth or Consequences, New Mexico 87901.
Hidalgo , 10 a.m., September 9, at Hidalgo County Manager’s Office 305 Pyramid Street, Lordsburg, New Mexico 88045.
