RELEASE: Music in the Community Grant Program Launched by New Mexico Music Commission

Ten $2,500 grants will be awarded

Hello everyone,

The New Mexico Music Commission (NMMC) has launched its first ever grant program to support music performance and activities in communities across the state. The Music in the Community Grants Program aims to enrich rural, tribal, veteran, disability and other underserved communities through funding that supports new or existing music engagement, music education, music appreciation or music performance programs or activities in New Mexico. Ten $2,500 grants will be awarded to individuals or organizations bringing music and music programming into their communities. Read the full release below for more information.
