Hi Everyone,
To honor 100 years of getting our kicks on Route 66, the New Mexico History Museum selected artist Molly Mendenhall to design and paint an exciting mural of America’s most famous highway for the museum’s lobby, on view January 2026 – January 2027. Mendenhall was one of five finalists who submitted concept designs to be considered by the museum’s selection committee. Read the full release below.
