New Mexico History Museum (NMHM) takes visitors on a culinary adventure through the state’s tasty restaurant scene with its newest exhibit, "Forks in the Road: A Diner's Guide to New Mexico." Guest curated by John Vollertsen, known as "Chef Johnny Vee," the exhibit opens Friday, Sept. 20 in Room 15 of the newly rehabilitated Palace of the Governors. This immersive exhibit highlights iconic and historic eateries across the state using sight, sound, touch, and smell to create a memorable experience. Read the full release in the link below.
