RELEASE: We�re coloring Northern New Mexico skies with hot air balloons for the Rio Grande Sky Fiesta

November 2 and 3 at Los Luceros Historic Site

Hello everyone,

Northern Rio Grande National Heritage Area (NRGNHA) and Los Luceros Historic Site are hosting the first ever Rio Grande Sky Fiesta, launching hot air balloons from the historic site on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 2 and 3. The event will include nearly a dozen hot air balloons ascending on both mornings, as well as a balloon glow on Saturday evening that will include the Zozobra balloon. The event celebrates the area’s vibrant charm, culture, and close-knit communities, as well as New Mexico’s tradition of hot air balloons.
