A legacy-built stitch-by-stitch, rodeo champion and politician, Fern Sawyer is the latest addition to the “Her Land: Women in Agriculture” at New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum in Las Cruces. Be inspired by her rodeo victories, political career, and unmistakable style with an amassed collection of 200 pairs of custom boots.
The exhibition honors women making a difference in New Mexico agriculture and Sawyer’s exhibit (with her glamorous head-to-toe gold outfit) will be on view through summer. Read the full release below for more information.
